After installation, browser still request to install silverlight again.
If you have previous version of Microsoft Silverlight installed on your computer,
sometime(there is a bug for some older version of Silverlight, causing some computers unable to upgrade) you will need to uninstall silverlight before you can upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft Silverlight.
